MerryMart Consumer Corp. (PSE:MM) entered into an agreement to acquire ZC Ramthel Corporation for approximately PHP 400 million.

MerryMart Consumer Corp. (PSE:MM) entered into an agreement to acquire ZC Ramthel Corporation for approximately PHP 400 million on March 9, 2022. MerryMart Consumer Corp. will acquire 25,000 secondary shares and 60,000 primary shares for PHP 0.004696 per share. The transaction has been approved by board of MerryMart.
