Compania General de Combustibles SA and MetroGAS S.A. (BASE:METR) acquired 56.5% stake in Gasoducto GasAndes S.A. from Total Gasandes S.A. and Total Gas y Electricidad Chile S.A. on October 7, 2014. Lazard acted as financial advisor to Total S.A. parent of Total Gasandes S.A. and Total Gas y Electricidad Chile.
