Mercure Energie and Eoden, SAS made second offer to acquire remaining 40.9% stake in MINT Société anonyme (ENXTPA:ALBUD) for €23.6 million on January 28, 2021. The reopened offer will allow MINT shareholders who have not tendered their shares at same price of €10 per share.In the event that, at the close of this reopened public tender offer, the number of shares not presented to the public offer by the minority shareholders of Mint does not represent more than 10% of the share capital and voting rights of the company Mint, the company Mercure Energie plans to ask the AMF, within three months of the closing of this public offer, for the implementation, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 433-4 III of the Monetary and Financial Code and 237-1 et seq. Of the AMF General Regulation, the squeeze-out procedure subject to compensation equal to the price of the public offer, net of all costs, in order to see each other transfer the Mint shares not tendered to this public offering. The tender offer will open from from February 1, 2021 until February 12, 2021.
