On March 28, 2024, Finnovation Tech Solutions Private Limited closed the transaction. The company received $9.4 million shares in its third and final tranche. The transaction included participation from new investor Advent, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc, returning investors PremjiInvest, Motilal Oswal Alternates, NewQuest Capital Advisors (HK) Limited, Mirae Asset Venture Investment Co., Ltd. and other investors.
The round is raised at a post money valuation of $700 million. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. The company is issued shares in the transaction.
