Law&Good Corp. announced that it has received $6 million in Series A (Series A-2) in a round of funding on February 3, 2023. The transaction included participation from Hanbit Investment Corporation, Nau IB Capital, Investment Arm, Mirae Asset Venture Investment Co., Ltd., Spring Ventures, LLC and HB Investment, Inc. John Suh will join the company as the board of directors in the transaction.
Mirae Asset Venture Investment Co., Ltd is a Korea-based venture capital (VC) firm engaged in the investment in small to medium enterprises (SMEs). The Company principally engaged in the investment in SMEs and venture companies, overseas investment, establishment and management of business incubation centers, as well as formation of private equity funds (PEFs). The Company also provides initial public offering (IPO), merger and acquisitions (M&A), business management, consulting and restructuring services.
