Mirion Announces Resignation of Michael Rossi as Medical Group President, Effective November 1, 2023

Mirion announced that Michael Rossi has informed the Company of his decision to resign as Medical Group President, effective November 1, 2023, in order to assume a CEO role at another public company. Mirion?s Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Logan, will reassume the responsibilities of Medical Group President until a permanent successor is named. Mr. Logan had previously served as acting Medical Group President through much of 2022.
Mirion Technologies, Inc. is a global provider of radiation detection, measurement, analysis and monitoring solutions to the medical, nuclear, defense, and research end markets. The Company's segments include Medical and Technologies. The Medical segment includes products and services for radiation therapy and personal dosimetry. This segment's offerings include solutions for calibrating and/or verifying imaging, treatment machine, patient treatment plan, and patient treatment accuracy; solutions for monitoring the total amount of radiation medical staff members are exposed to over time, and products for nuclear medicine in radiation measurement, shielding, product handling, medical imaging furniture and rehabilitation.
