Mirion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:MIR) acquired Nuclear Medicine Information Systems, LLC for $33 million on November 1, 2023. The ec 2 team and portfolio of solutions will be integrated into Mirion?s Nuclear Medicine business unit. Tyler Pate, Alex Hecht, David Teske, Sara Guercio, Maki DePalo, John O?Hara, Dawnmarie Matlock, Brett Coburn, Nick Chandler of Alston & Bird LLP acted as legal advisors for Mirion Technologies.
