MISC Berhad Approves Fourth Tax Exempt Dividend for the Financial Year 2020, Payable on March 16, 2021

MISC Berhad's board of directors has approved a fourth tax exempt dividend of 12.0 sen per share in respect of financial year 2020 amounting to MYR 535.6 million. The proposed dividend will be paid on 16 March 2021 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 March 2021.
