Basata Financial Holding S.A.E. announced that it expects to receive EGP 25 million in funding from MM Group for Industry and International Trade S.A.E.

Basata Financial Holding S.A.E. announced that it will receive EGP 25,000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 26, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor MM Group for Industry and International Trade S.A.E. Post-closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from EGP 70,000,000 to EGP 95,000,000. The transaction has been approved by the board of director of the investor.
