Ebtikar for Financial Investment S.A.E announced that it expects to receive EGP 150 million in funding from MM Group for Industry and International Trade S.A.E.

Ebtikar for Financial Investment S.A.E announced that it will receive EGP150 million in an equity round of funding on December 18, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor MM Group for Industry and International Trade S.A.E. (CASE:MTIE). Post the closing of the transaction, the capital of the company will increase from EGP 215 million to EGP 365 million.
