(Alliance News) - Mondo TV Spa announced that it has received a request from CLG Capital to convert one of 12 bonds issued in December 2023.

The conversoine price is about EUR0.20 per share and, therefore, the bonds entitle CLG Capital to subscribe for 639,085 ordinary shares of Mondo TV, representing about 1.0 percent of the latter's share capital.

Given the latest and previous issues, Mondo TV's share capital consists of 64.6 million ordinary shares.

Mondo TV's stock is down 0.7 percent at EUR0.21 per share.
