MONDO TV: la terza stagione di Robot Trains sulle piattaforme digitali in Nord America con Janson Media

Dopo i buoni risultati ottenuti da Janson Media dalla diffusione su Amazon della seconda stagione, si conferma l'interesse della licenziataria per la property oggetto della serie coprodottA con il gruppo coreano CJ&M

14 settembre 2021 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica di aver sottoscritto con Janson Media Inc., società con sede a new York (https://www.janson.com/about), un contratto di licenza e distribuzione in Nord America (USA e Canada) della terza stagione della serie Robot Trains. La licenza ha ad oggetto i diritti VOD e digital della serie e consentirà quindi a Janson Media di distribuire la serie su tutte le piattaforme digitali in Nord America per un periodo di 7 anni; Janson Media annovera tra i propri clienti Netflix e Amazon e tutte le principali piattaforme che sono tutte tra i propri obiettivi per Robot Trains.

Janson Media è già distributore della seconda stagione dei Robot Trains, coprodotta da Mondo TV e il gruppo coreano CJ&M, in virtù di un accordo stipulato con il partner coreano: alla luce dei buoni risultati ottenuti dalla distribuzione della seconda stagione, la licenziataria ha acquisito anche la terza stagione attualmente in produzione.

La licenza prevede il pagamento di un importo c.d. di "minimo garantito", interessante ancorché non significativo, e prevede soprattutto il pagamento di royalties sulla base delle vendite e del traffico generato in Nord America dalle visualizzazioni degli episodi della serie.

Si rammenta che in relazione alla terza stagione di Robot Trains, Silverlit, società di Hong Kong e produttrice di giocattoli, è già a bordo con la licenza di Master Toy per la commercializzazione di giocattoli in tutto il mondo (cfr. Comunicato Stampa del 28 dicembre 2020).

MONDO TV: the third season of Robot Trains goes on digital platforms in North America thanks to Janson Media

After the good results reached by Janson Media from the second season on Amazon, the licensee's confirmed its interest in the property object of the series co-produced with the Korean group CJ&M

14 September 2021 - Mondo TV S.p.A. announced to have executed with Janson Media Inc., a company based in New York (https://www.janson.com/about), a license and distribution agreement in North America (USA and Canada) of the third season of the Robot Trains series. The license covers the VOD and digital rights of the series and will therefore allow Janson Media to distribute the series on all digital platforms in North America for a period of 7 years; Janson Media counts among its customers Netflix and Amazon and all the main platforms that are all potential clients for Robot Trains

Janson Media is already distributor of the second season of Robot Trains, co-produced by Mondo TV and the Korean group CJ&M, by virtue of an agreement signed with the Korean partner: in light of the good results obtained from the distribution of the second season, the licensee has thus acquired also the third season currently in production.

The license provides for the payment by the licensee of a minimum guarantee, interesting though not significant, and above all provides for the payment of royalties on the basis of the sales and views of the episodes of the series generated in North America.

It is recalled that in relation to the third season of Robot Trains, Silverlit, a Hong Kong company and toy manufacturer, is already on board with the Master Toy license for the marketing of toys all over the world (see Press Release of 28 December 2020).
