Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. acquired certain emissions testing assets from Southern Environmental Sciences, Inc. for $0.5 million on January 1, 2018. The consideration consists of cash of $0.45 million and other purchase price components of $0.05 million. The transaction also included the acquisition of employees and customer relationships from Southern Environmental Sciences, Inc.
