Mosaic Minerals Corporation is a Canadian mining exploration company focusing on the exploration of nickel and gold in the province of Quebec. The Company focuses on its properties with gold (Amanda) and nickel (Gaboury) potential. It also focuses on Lichen property and 113 North project. The Amanda project, consisting of about 145 cells covering approximately 7,677 hectares (ha), is accessible by a year-round forest road. Several gold occurrences associated with iron formations and paragneiss are known in the eastern portion of the Amanda property. The project is located on Eeyou Istchee territory, James Bay, Quebec. The Gaboury project consists of about 114 mining claim cells totaling 6,064 ha located approximately 150 kilometers (km) south-west (SW) of the Rouyn-Noranda mining camp. The Lichen property is located approximately 100 km west of the Chibougamau mining camp. It has also signed a letter of intent to acquire approximately 100% of the Golden Island Project in Quebec.
