Mountain Alliance AG: Change in the Management Board - resignation of Mr. Manfred Danner, appointment of Dr. Hans Ulrich Tetzner
At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Mountain Alliance AG decided on a change in the company's Management Board. The previous sole member of the Management Board, Manfred Danner, will leave the Management Board of Mountain Alliance AG by mutual agreement at the end of 31 December 2023. The Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Hans Ulrich Tetzner as the new sole member of the Management Board with effect from 1 January 2024.
