Channel Partners recognize N-able as Best in Class, MSP Platforms

DURHAM, North Carolina - August 17, 2021 - Underscoring its continued investment in platform innovation and customer success, N-able, Inc. (NYSE: NABL), the purpose-built technology partner for managed services providers (MSPs), was awarded the Overall Category Win in the MSP Platforms category from CRN, a brand of the Channel Company, during this year's CRN Annual Report Card (ARC) Awards.

Ranking first in the Product Innovation, Partnership, and Managed and Cloud Services categories, N-able exceeded peers in three of the four categories to secure the overall win for the 2021 CRN ARC Award for Best in Class, MSP Platforms. For more than 35 years, CRN's prestigious ARC Awards have honored top IT channel vendors for their commitment to driving channel growth through innovation and outstanding channel performance. Based on the candid feedback of solution providers, the ARC continues to serve as a time-honored resource for guiding the design of vendor product offerings, bolstering partner support programs, and improving partner communications to foster successful long-term relationships within the channel community.

'We are thrilled to be ranked as the Best in Class in CRN's 2021 ARC, which is especially rewarding because it's driven directly by our partners' votes of confidence, underscoring our commitment to their success,' said John Pagliuca, president and CEO, N-able. 'In addition, this win is a testament to the commitment of our more than 1,300 N-ablites worldwide, who go the extra mile every day to help our partners thrive. We're grateful to CRN for sponsoring this program and extend congratulations to all of this year's winners.'

This invitation-only survey of each vendor's top channel partners, conducted by The Channel Company's research team, included over 3,000 solution providers across North America. Survey participants were asked to rate their satisfaction with 66 vendor partners. Scores were given in 25 major product categories, based on performance across four criteria: Product Innovation, Support, Partnership, and Managed and Cloud Services.

'We are thrilled to recognize these vendors who continue to go above and beyond to develop and nurture successful vendor-channel partner relationships by delivering best-in-class product and service offerings,' said Blaine Raddon, CEO, The Channel Company. 'CRN's Annual Report Card Awards go further than just highlighting our winners, they also offer deep insights into channel opinions and provide vendors with actionable feedback to implement into their channel strategies going forward. Congratulations to all our award winners. We look forward to honoring them at this year's XChange+ 2021 conference in August.'

N-able, along with all this year's ARC winners, will be spotlighted throughout The Channel Company's XChange+ 2021 conference, taking place August 15 - 17 in San Antonio, TX. N-able's Head Nerds will be in attendance, along with key N-able executives. Visit N-able at booth #514/516.
