Statement	1.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/07/26 2.Company name:National Aerospace Fasteners Corporation 3.Relationship to the Company (please enter "head office" or "subsidiaries"):Head office 4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios:N/A 5.Cause of occurrence: JINLONG MECHINERY CO., LTD. claimed for return of thing by owner in February 2019 and afterwards, the Company was sentenced to return 4,727 thousands New Taiwan dollars by the second-instance judgment on June 28, 2022. This civil lawsuit was raised from NAFCO's land and building transaction of Pingzhen third plant through open bidding in July 2016. At the time of handover, the seller, insolvency administrator of J-THREE INTERNATIONAL HOLDING CO., LTD. Informed the Company all the left things around the land and building all wastes. The Company decided to collect and dispose these wastes and got 4,727 thousands New Taiwan dollars reached. However, JINLONG MECHINERY CO., LTD. claimed the Company for returning of thing by owner in February 2019. 6.Countermeasures: This case is handled by the appointed lawyers and the Lodgments will be made as a counter guarantee of provisional attachment. 7.Any other matters that need to be specified: There has not been a material effect on the Company's finance and business.
