(Alliance News) - NB Aurora SICAV SA reported Friday that it closed 2023 with a net asset value of EUR358.5 million, up from EUR310.3 million in 2022.

The board proposed to shareholders the distribution of a dividend of EUR0.85 per share and an extraordinary dividend of EUR0.28. The former is from the capital gain generated by the sale of 49.9 percent of the investment portfolio to the investment fund NB Aurora Co-Investment Fund II, fully subscribed by third-party investors, and the latter comes from the sale of the stake in Dierre Group, which was finalized last month.

NB Aurora has directly invested about EUR8.3 million -- in addition to EUR7.1 million in co-investments -- through a voluntary tender offer for all shares in Finlogic Spa, a leading information technology group with the creation of complete and innovative solutions for the coding and automatic identification of products through the use of barcodes and RFID technology.

The SICAV's net income increased to EUR48.2 million from EUR22.2 million in 2022.

NB Aurora's stock is flat.
