NCS Testing Jiangsu Testing Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 111.2586 million in an equity round of funding on May 16, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor NCS Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and will retain 100% stake in the company. Pursuant to the transaction, CNY 60 million will go to the registered capital and the rest will go to capital reverse and its registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 60 million to CNY 120 million.
The transaction has been approved in the eleventh meeting of the second board of directors and the tenth meeting of the second board of supervisors of the investors.
NCS TESTING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research, development and application of metal material testing technology. The Company's main services and products include third-party testing services, analytical and analytical instruments, reference materials or standard samples, proficiency testing services, corrosion protection engineering and products, and other testing extension services.
