Company New Dawn Mining Corp.

New Dawn Mining Corp. (New Dawn) is a Canada-based company. The Company is a junior gold mining, exploration and production company. The Company's portfolio consists of exploration properties and six gold mines. Four out of these six were operating during 2013. All of the Company's properties are located in Zimbabwe. The Company's properties during the year 2013 were Bulawayo Gold Camp; Gweru Gold Camp, Golden Quarry Mine and Camperdown Mine complex; Kadoma Gold Camp; and Exploration and evaluation assets. The Kadoma Camp includes Dalny Mine and the Venice Mine, both of which are currently nonoperational.
