New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on shares of its common stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2023. The dividend will be payable on July 26, 2023 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 16, 2023.
New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, investing in, financing, and managing primarily mortgage-related single-family and multi-family residential assets. Its objective is to deliver long-term stable distributions to its stockholder. The Companyâs investment portfolio includes credit sensitive single-family and multi-family assets, as well as more traditional types of fixed-income investments that provide coupon income, such as Agency residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS).
