Lianluo Smart Limited announced that effective September 1, 2017, the Nominating Committee has recommended, and the Board of Directors has approved, the appointment of Mr. Ke Cai as the new Chief Financial Officer, with immediate effect. From 2010 until 2016, Mr. Cai, 38, served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Beijing Tensyn Innovation Internet Marketing Technology Co. Ltd. Mr. Cai previously served as a consultant on accounting matters for Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt LLP from 2005 through 2010.
