Milano, 8 aprile 2022 - Facendo seguito all'Avviso di Convocazione dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria, che si terrà il prossimo 5 maggio 2022, pubblicato in data 24 marzo 2022, Nexi S.p.A. ("Nexi" o la "Società ") rende noto che vengono a disposizione del pubblico sul sito internet della società (www.nexigroup.com) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE"(www.emarketstorage.com)i seguenti documenti:

• - la Relazione finanziaria annuale - comprendente il Bilancio d'Esercizio al 31 dicembre 2021, la relazione sulla gestione e l'attestazione di cui all'art. 154-bis del D.Lgs. n. 58/1998 - nonché la Relazione redatta dal Collegio Sindacale e la Relazione della società di revisione legale;

• - il Bilancio Consolidato al 31 dicembre 2021;

• - la Dichiarazione Consolidata Non Finanziaria al 31 dicembre 2021, redatta ai sensi del D.Lgs. n. 254/2016;

• - la Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari predisposta ai sensi dell'art. 123-bis del D.Lgs. n. 58/1998;

• - la Relazione sulla politica di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, predisposta ai sensi dell'art. 123-ter del D.Lgs. n. 58/1998, e dell'art. 84-quater del Regolamento adottato con delibera Consob n. 11971/1999; si precisa, per completezza, che la relativa relazione illustrativa è stata pubblicata in data 5 aprile 2022.

Milan, April 8, 2022 - Following the Notice of Call of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, called for May 5, 2022, published on March 24, 2022, Nexi S.p.A. ("Nexi" or the "Company") hereby informs that the following documents are made available to the public on the Company's website (www.nexigroup.com) and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE"(http://www.emarketstorage.com):

• - the Annual Financial Report - including the Financial Statements as at December 31, 2021, the management report and the certification pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 - as well as the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report of the Independent Auditory Firm;

• - the Consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2021;

• - the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement as at December 31, 2021, prepared pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 254/2016;

• - the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure, prepared pursuant to art. 123-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998;
