FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

Eems rises 6.1 percent. The company announced that 1.2 million new Eems ordinary shares have been issued to Negma Group Investment Ltd, resulting from the conversion of 5 bonds issued as part of the second tranche of the bond convertible into Eems listed shares reserved for Negma.

Landi Renzo appreciates 4.8 percent, following eve's green with 1.1 percent.

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

Bioera gives up 4.4%, following up eve's red, albeit with 0.1%.

Next Re retreats 3.5%. The company recently announced that it has signed with IHC Verona Srl, a company subject to the management and coordination of AHC International Consulting AG, the final purchase and sale agreement on the property for hotel use located in Verona, for a sale price of EUR7.4 million plus taxes.
