NFT Investments PLC - London-based investment fund for digital assets - Files paperwork to change name to Phoenix Digital Assets PLC. The new name reflects the company's ambition to be "the premier large cap crypto currency fund in the UK". Executive Chair Jonathan Bixby says: "We believe that we are one of the best performing crypto funds across a variety of digital assets far beyond [non-fungible tokens], and the company has demonstrated strong fund management in the digital asset space holistically."

Company has unaudited crypto, stablecoin, and private blockchain assets worth GBP47.1 million, or 4.67 pence per share, as of December 31. It still plans to buy back 857 million shares in a tender offer at its net asset value, following the upcoming bitcoin halving and before the end of 2024. The bitcoin halving is expected in April.
