NiHAO Mineral Resources International, Inc. announced that shareholders meeting held on December 18, 2017, the appointment of Cesar Domini C. Garcia as Assistant Corporate Secretary, Antonio Victoriano F. Gregorio III as member to Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Compensation Committee and Risk Management Committee, Leonardo B. Cua as Chairman of Audit Committee, Manuel G. Ong as member to Audit Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the Compensation Committee, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Chairman of the Governance Committee, Michael T. Defensor as member to Nomination Committee, Martin Antonio G. Zamora as member to Compensation Committee, Risk Management Committee and Governance Committee and Job Adrian M. Ambrosio as member to Governance Committee.
NiHAO Mineral Resources International, Inc. is a Philippines-based mining company. The Companyâs primary purpose is to carry on the business of mining, milling, concentrating, converting, smelting, preparing for market, manufacturing, buying, selling, exchanging, and otherwise producing and dealing in nickel, chromite, and other kinds of ores, metal, minerals, and by-products. It has three mining claims located in the provinces of Zambales, Misamis Oriental and Masbate. Its Botolan Mining Claim has an approved MPSA (no. 315-2010-III) that covers approximately 5,081 hectares (ha) located in the town of Botolan, Zambales. Its subsidiary, Bountiful Geomines Inc. (BGI), has an exploration permit (EP) application with the MGB covering the Manticao Mining Claim with an area of 1,946 ha located in Manticao, Misamis Oriental. Masbate13 Philippines, Inc. (Masbate13), one of the Companyâs subsidiaries through Oregalore, Inc. (OI), has an EP, denominated as EP-V-2008-05.
