Nihon Denkei Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:9908) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 229 shares. The purpose of the program is to process fractions less than one share generated by the stock split.
The shares will be repurchased at the closing price of the company's common stock on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on the purchase date and if there is no trading transaction on that day, the closing price of the first trading transaction made on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. will be used.
