Certain A Shares of Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Co.,Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 1-SEP-2021. These A Shares will be under lockup for 372 days starting from 25-AUG-2020 to 1-SEP-2021.

The company’s actual controller, director, management personnel Ye Xiaobo, Angelica PG Hu, the company’s supervisor, management personnel Shu Yabo, Yu Zhenjin, Zhu Liqin, Zhu Diankui, Wu Jun, Huang Guoyong, the company’s holding shareholder Zhejiang Jindaye Holding Co., Ltd., the company’s holding shareholder Zhejiang Jindaye Holding Co., Ltd.’s shareholder Han Yueying and shareholders Hongkong Gotex International Co., Limited, HongKong Kingdex International Holdings Co., Limited, Yuyao Dechuang Junbo Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) promised within 36 months after the listing date, will not transfer nor entrust to others for management direct or indirect shares in the company held prior to this issuance, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
The company’s shareholders Hangzhou Yuanning Huixin Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Area Hengfeng Zhongchuang Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Hangzhou Debijin Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Hangzhou Keye Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and the company’s directors Xu Laigen, He Feng promised within 12 months after the listing date, will not transfer nor entrust to others for management direct or indirect shares in the company held prior to this issuance, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
