Nippon Soda Co. Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the third quarter ended December 2015. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 99,965 million compared to JPY 102,663 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 4,414 million compared to JPY 3,967 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 13,194 million or JPY 85.78 per basic share compared to JPY 7,084 million or JPY 46.60 per basic share a year ago.
The company provided dividend guidance for the year ending March 2016. For the period, the company expected dividend of JPY 7 per share compared to JPY 10 per share paid in the same period a year ago.
