Nischer Properties AB is a Sweden-based investment company that invests in small and medium-sized family enterprises, as well as in real estate properties. The Company's portfolio comprises three companies owned by the Company's subsidiary, IndustrIQ AB, namely Mintec Paper AB, PlaCell AB and SKA GmbH Co KG. Mintec Paper AB is engaged in paper processing and its customer base consists mainly of paper merchants, paint manufacturers and paper producers. PlaCell AB is engaged in manufacturing and sales of technologically advanced plastic components. It is active in four market segments: automotive, home appliances, consumer goods and plumbing. SKA GmbH Co KG is a German supplier of security components for the automotive industry, such as safety belts and airbags.
