Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. (TSE:9031) acquired Global Star International SAS on October 9, 2018. Post-completion, Global Star International SAS will operate as NNR GLOBAL LOGISTICS FRANCE SAS. Global Star International reported operating revenue of €25.4 million and operating profit of €0.23 million in 2017. Raphael Chantelot, Catherine Gaillarde, Airi Tozaki, Karine Bézille, Charlotte Pietri, Prudence Cadio, Eva Naudon and Olivia Roche of LPA-CGR Avocats acted as legal advisors to Nishi-Nippon. Virginie Marrer and Sylvie Manankiandrianan of Kipling acted as legal advisors to the sellers.
