NOF Corporation announced a dividend of ¥58.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2023, against ¥47.00 per share paid a year ago. The dividend payable is on June 28, 2023.
For the second quarter ending September 30, 2023, the company expects a dividend of ¥54.00 per share against ¥50.00 per share for the period a year ago.

The Chemical segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of industrial explosives, defense-related items, space-related products. The Company also operates in transportation business and real estate business.
