Nomura Announces Nomination of Members for Board of Directors
Tokyo, March 1, 2022-Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that the Nomination Committee resolved to submit proposals to the annual meeting of shareholders to be held in June 2022 to appoint members to the company's Board of Directors.
