Havlandet Havbruk As agreed to acquire remaining 50% stake in Havlandet Norcod AS from Norcod AS (OB:NCOD) for NOK 75 million.

Havlandet Havbruk As agreed to acquire remaining 50% stake in Havlandet Norcod AS from Norcod AS (OB:NCOD) for NOK 75 million on May 11, 2023. As part of consideration, the outstanding loan of NOK 40 million to Havlandet Norcod shall be settled. The net proceeds to Norcod from the transaction include both proceeds from sales of shares and repayment of loan.

Norcod intends to use for proceeds for ongoing operations and upcoming projects.
