Nordea Bank's Chair of Board Operations and Sustainability Committee Steps Down

Nordea Bank said Friday that Birger Steen has stepped down as chair of the board operations and sustainability committee but will continue as an ordinary member of the committee.

Kjersti Wiklund, current member of the committee, has been appointed as his replacement.

The bank also said that Nordea employees have appointed Kasper Skovgaard Pedersen as a member of the board of directors until the end of the next annual general meeting, while Dorrit Groth Brandt has resigned from the board.
