Northview Canadian High Yield Residential Fund reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported total revenue of CAD 47,681,000, net and comprehensive loss was CAD 2,692,000. Total NOI was CAD 27,621,000.
For the six months, the company reported total revenue of CAD 95,529,000, net and comprehensive loss was CAD 3,975,000. Total NOI was CAD 54,562,000.
Northview Residential REIT is a Canada-based real estate investment trust.
