Northview Residential REIT announced its January 2024 cash distribution amounts on its outstanding Class A Units, Class C Units and Class F Units (collectively, the ?Units?) in the amount of CAD 0.091146 per Unit (CAD 1.09 per Unit on an annualized basis). The distribution will be payable on February 15, 2024 to holders of Units of record at January 31, 2024.
Northview Residential REIT is a Canada-based real estate investment trust. The Company is engaged in indirectly acquiring, owning, and operating a portfolio of income-producing rental properties in secondary markets within Canada. Its properties include multi-residential properties, commercial properties, and execusuite properties.
