In order to strengthen its positions in the fast-growing loyalty market, Obiz announces the signature of a memorandum of understanding for the acquisition (subject to conditions precedent) of a leading e-ticketing platform.

Through a web platform, but also via iOS and Android applications, the company offers more than 100.000 discounted leisure offers from major retailers, as well as local offers thanks to geolocation.

On a proforma basis, following this acquisition, Obiz could aim to achieve sales of around €70 million, with a gross margin of around €10 million and EBITDA of €3 million by 2023.
