Alpha Divisions Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in four principal businesses: trading of crude palm oil (CPOA) for biodiesel and edible oil, consultation and property development, manufacture and distribution of precursor and chemicals from hemp and/or cannabis, and motorcycles, cars and agricultural equipment hire purchase business in Lao Peopleâs Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). The Company operates three main businesses: Real estate, CBD hemp and Motorcycle leasing. Real estate business has two condominium projects comprising IKON 77 (442 units), IKON Udomsuk (334 units), and a high-end housing project, The Valor, in Ramintra. CBD hemp business controls the production process from upstream to downstream. Its machinery can handle 300 kilograms of raw materials per month and extract cannabidiol (CBD) in six types consisting of full spectrum, broad spectrum, terpene, wax, CBD isolate, and water-soluble CBD isolate.
