Ohmori Co.,Ltd. (TSE:1844) agreed to acquire Tokyo Telecom Engineering Co., Ltd. from from Shichiro Yoshida, Ken Mukoyama, Fumio Ichikawa, Kiyoshi Nemoto and Tomio Aoki for ¥210 million on April 17, 2017. Under the terns of transaction, Ohmori Co.,Ltd. will acquire 1000 Tokyo Telecom Engineering Co., Ltd. shares for ¥210 million. For the year ended June 30, 2016, Tokyo Telecom Engineering Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥158.9 million, total assets of ¥210.3 million, sales of ¥403.2 million, operating income of ¥30.9 million and net income of ¥20.0 million. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Ohmori Co.,Ltd. The contract signing date of the transaction is expected to be May 10, 2017 and the transaction is expected to be completed by May 10, 2017.
OHMORI CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the construction business. The Company operates in four business segments. The Construction segment is engaged in the order and construction of construction works. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate properties, the sale of solar power generation equipment, as well as the lease of L-type earth retaining wall for open-cut use (OLY). The Telecommunications Related segment is The Others segment is engaged in the closet rental and other businesses.
