Okta, Inc. Announces Resignation of Patrick Grady from Board of Directors

On April 25, 2023, Patrick Grady informed Okta, Inc. that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of the Company at the Company's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Grady will continue to serve as a director until the expiration of his current term at the Annual Meeting. Mr. Grady's departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
