OM2 Network Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:7614) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 50,000 shares, representing 0.7% of the outstanding shares for ¥65 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment and to improve shareholder returns and capital efficiency. The program will run until January 31, 2021. As of January 31, 2020, the company had 6,751,181 shares outstanding and 584,453 shares in treasury.
