Opple Lighting Co.,LTD. (SHSE:603515) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 10,000,000 A shares, for CNY 210 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 21 per share.
The company will use its own funds to repurchase shares. The shares repurchased will be used as treasury shares for equity incentives. The program will be valid for 12 months.
Opple Lighting Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, design, manufacture and distribution of illumination products. The Companyâs products include home lighting fixtures, light sources, commercial lighting lamps, illumination control system and others. Its home lighting fixtures include living room series, dinning series, bedroom series, Childrenâs room series, study room series, kitchen series and balcony series.
