Opple Lighting Co.,LTD. (SHSE:603515) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 173.47 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 23 per share.
The purpose of the program is equity incentive. The program will be valid for 12 months.
Opple Lighting Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, design, manufacture and distribution of illumination products. The Companyâs products include home lighting fixtures, light sources, commercial lighting lamps, illumination control system and others. Its home lighting fixtures include living room series, dinning series, bedroom series, Childrenâs room series, study room series, kitchen series and balcony series. Its commercial lighting lamps include downlight series, spotlights, as well as lamp panels, among others. Its light source products mainly include energy-saving light sources and brackets. Its illumination control products and others include switches, sockets, electrical modules, as well as bathroom masters. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including South Africa, South Asia, Middle East and North Africa.
