The specialty chemicals business provides ethanolamine, ethylene carbonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether and others. The Company distributes its products primarily in Taiwan, Mainland China, other Asian markets, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
