Orkla ASA Proposes Dividend for the Year 2023, Payable on 3 May 2024

At a meeting on 14 March 2024, the Board of Directors of Orkla ASA decided to propose for the annual general meeting a dividend for 2023 of NOK 6.00 per share, of which NOK 3.00 is in addition to the company's ordinary dividend.
Ex-date is 19 April 2024. Record date is 22 April 2024. Payment date is 3 May 2024. Date of approval is 18 April 2024.

Net sales break down by activity as follows: - manufacture of food and consumer products (97.9%): food products (pizzas, sauces, seafood, prepared meals, fruits, chocolates, ingredients, delicatessen products, etc.), consumer products (detergents, clothing, cosmetics, personal hygiene, etc.), household cleaning products, professional cleaning products, etc.; - hydroelectric power generation (2.1%).
