Pantheon Infrastructure PLC - London-headquartered investment fund focusing on infrastructure interests - Says net asset value at March 31 was 99.2 pence per share, up from 98.9p at December 31. NAV total return in the first quarter was 1.31%. Company paid 1.0p per share interim dividend, unchanged from that declared in September 2022. Underlying fair value movements on investment portfolio contributed 1.8p per share during the quarter. Pantheon Infrastructure says growth was primarily driven by unrealised movements across eight investments. Slight depreciation of EUR and USD vs GBP caused a negative foreign exchange valuation movement, partially offset by positive movements in NAV FX hedging instruments. Pantheon Infrastructure had net working capital of GBP94.0 million and its investment portfolio was worth GBP386.1 million at March 31.
