BR Distribuidora pays Interest on Equity

Rio de Janeiro, January 8th, 2021.
Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. ("Company" or "BR") (B3: BRDT3) in continuity with the Material Fact released on 12/16/2020, it informs its shareholders that it will make the payment of remuneration to shareholders in the form of Interest on Equity (JCP) for the fiscal year 2020 on January 12th, 2021.
The total gross amount to be paid is R$ 498,387,512.18 or R$ 0.42780043964 per share, adjusted by the SELIC rate from 12/31/2020 to 01/12/2021. The amount of the adjustment corresponding to R$ 260,494.11 or R$ 0.00022360010 per share. The Gross amount will be deducted from the amount relating to the Withholding Income Tax (IRRF), in accordance with the legislation in force, with the exception of shareholders proven to be immune and / or exempt.
This payment is based on the shareholding position of December 21st, 2020 (inclusive). The shares issued by the Company started to be traded ex-interest on equity as of December 22nd, 2020.
The Company will keep the market duly informed on the matter.
