On August 31, 2016, Brigitte Rousseau was terminated from her position as Chief Financial Officer of PFO Global, Inc. On September 12, 2016, the board of directors of the company appointed Mahesh Shetty, the company’s Chief Restructuring Officer, to also serve in the role as the company’s principal financial officer. Mr. Shetty, 57, has been a consultant to the company since December 2015 in the role of Chief Restructuring Officer. Since July 2016, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of SG Blocks, Inc. From 2008 to 2015, Mr. Shetty served as the Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Encore Enterprises, Inc.

It distributes distortion free polycarbonate lenses under the Resolution brand name. The Companyâs products include SmartCalc and SmartEyewear. SmartCalc proprietary software used to manufacture fully digital lens designs. Certain Company lenses are produced following the SmartCalc software calculation. SmartEyewear Online Ordering System a business-to-business online ordering software system which allows eye care providers to quickly provide all necessary information for each patientâs eyewear package and unique use. It integrates the optical provider directly with lab system. The Company utilizes this system for all of its electronic ordering.
