COLLECTION OF QUESTIONS FOR 2021 INTERIM RESULTS PRESENTATION

Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (the "Company") proposes to publish its 2021 interim results on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (www.hkexnews.hk) on August 26, 2021 and convene 2021 interim results presentation (the "Results Presentation") on the next day.

To protect the interests of minority investors, the Company is now collecting relevant questions from investors regarding its 2021 interim results and operation in advance and widely soliciting their opinions and suggestions.

Investors may put forward relevant questions by sending emails to the Company's investor relations email box: [e-mail] 23:59 on August 25, 2021 and questions of their common concerns will be answered by the Company at the Results Presentation.
